How does it work?

Do you want your job vacancies to be automatically posted on (free) job boards at no extra cost? Then the JobFeeder might be interesting for you! OTYS allows you to post a vacancy from OTYS Go! to connected job boards such as Indeed, talent.com, jobrapido, and werkzoeken.nl. The number of job boards that can process OTYS feeds is growing.

Applications of candidates on your vacancy will automatically enter in your OTYS enviroment with exactly the same information as if they applied through your own website. So, if you want to know which driving licenses a truck driver has or which languages a programmer knows, those questions will also appear on the form on the external site, ensuring no data loss. Measurements conducted with our clients show that OTYS Remote Apply can yield 2 to 4 times more conversions!

To perform thorough analyses, we also track the route through which each candidate applied. This data provides quick insights into which job boards work best for your organization.

Do you currently have the correct OTYS license? Then there are no monthly costs associated with using OTYS JobFeeder and OTYS Remote Apply.

There are some job boards that do not yet support OTYS JobFeeder and OTYS Remote Apply. If you want to post on other boards, you can upgrade to the OTYS Multiposter. There are Basic and Pro versions available.

With Multiposter Basic, you specify for each vacancy which job board it should be posted on. Multiposter Pro goes a step further. All vacancies published on your own site are automatically posted on the job boards you select.

OTYS Remote Apply is unfortunately not available with this OTYS multiposter. However, you can choose to process applications automatically on your website or via email. This last option is also very effective for increasing conversions.
