OTYS (YourIT) has built several apps as an extention to our main services (cloud based Recruitment Technology). The apps are commercial apps. They are provided by OTYS and are intended for use as is. This page is used to inform website visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.
Our service is only to be used when you are a client of OTYS, in this case then you agree to the collection and use of information inrelation with this policy. The Personal Information that we collect are used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at our terms of agreement, unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

We require you to login with your personal login. The information that we request is retained on your device and we will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy unless we have your specific permission to do so or we are required by law or litigation to disclose your personal information. We may also find it necessary to disclose information about you if we determine that it is an issue concerning national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance.
Log data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. Google user data
OTYS can be configured to synchronize data with specified Google account. All such data is accessed and stored exclusively by OTYS application. OTYS is synchronizing with Google via Google API and following types of data may be accessed:
E-mails, only from user specified Google Mail folder(s). E-mails will be synchronized to OTYS Mailbox to be linked to specific business entities, i.e., Candidates, CRM contacts, Procedures, Vacancies or Tasks.
Calendar items will be synchronized to OTYS Calendar to create bookings for OTYS users, thus providing information about user availability also within OTYS.
OTYS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Security
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
