These criteria—such as labels or characteristics of candidates and vacancies—make it easier to quickly find the perfect matches in your recruitment database. This not only improves match quality but also significantly accelerates the process.

Up-to-date candidate profiles in your ATS (Applicant Tracking System) are essential for quickly finding suitable candidates. Often, valuable information is already in your system, but it’s only useful if the data is accurate and current. The OTYS AI Assistant solves this problem by automatically suggesting relevant match criteria based on the candidate’s profile and CV.

The AI Assistant gives you flexibility: you can choose to manually approve suggested match criteria or have them added automatically. In the match criteria widget, you can see exactly which labels have been added by the OTYS AI Assistant. Of course, you can always edit or remove them. Curious why a specific criterion was added? Just ask, and the Assistant will provide an explanation.
For even greater efficiency, a batch update option is available. This allows you to update all existing candidates in your system with new match criteria at once. This ensures your database is always up-to-date and ready for use.
