OTYS support

We want clients to get as much as possible out of our software so as to make the recruitment process and everything that goes with it run as smoothly as possible. That’s why we make a variety of support possibilities available as part of the service provided. For example in the OTYS Manuals you’ll find answers to frequently asked questions and extensive information on the various different modules. Take a look too at the OTYS YouTube channel for tutorials and clips about the newest features in the software.

Is your system not working normally? It may well be that you’re not the only one with your particular problem. In our LinkedIn community we keep you informed of any general disruption of service.

Support ticketMake a ticket

As a key user you can also create a ticket when you encounter technical issues within your OTYS system. The ticket is then picked up by us as quickly as possible and you are kept informed of the status.

Come along to our Walk-in Friday for free advice and quick answers to your questions. Every month you can just walk in to these afternoon sessions without an appointment. More information and the next Walk-in Fridays.
