Show double indicator in candidate detail

You used to only be able to see if a candidate was double (if you're using the dedoubler) in the listview. We've now also added this in the detail view of the candidate. This way you can quickly see if a (new) candidate is already known to you from the candidate detail view. This looks like the same yellow tick as is used in the list view, with the word 'Double' behind hit. Clicking this icon will bring you to the dedoubler.

Remark fields in Dedoubler

In the Dedoubler you are now also able to move information from the Remaks fields between candidates. 

Last contact date in API

The field 'last contact date' can now also be updates by partners via the API. The technical name for the field is 'CandidateService.lastContactDatetime'.

Fill 'Portal' when candidate is created via TK Reader

With 'TK Reader' you automatically extract attachments of mails that follow a rule based on sender or subject. This extracted info is used to create a new candidate. We added the option to assign a 'portal' to candidates that are created this way. Now if you setup a rule, for example to extract mails from JobboardX, you can add JobboardX as a 'portal' to this rule. This way candidates that are created via this route will be assigned that portal to give you insight into the sources of your candidates.

Automatically assigned status now shown in history

In the header of a candidate detail, next to the status, you find a button to check the status history. Until now, we only showed manually selected statuses in this overview. The statuses 'Via Website' and 'Via VMP', that are automatically assigned when a candidate applies or is added by a supplier, will now also show in this status history.

'Placements'-action in Quick Search

We have added the quick option 'Placements' to the top search to quickly open the candidate placements if they are available!

Update of Mail Alias widget

The widget to add e-mail aliasses to candidates and contactpersons has been updated to make it more intuitive. 

'GDPR due date'-filter is now a flex filter

It was already possible to search for candidates by GDPR due-date. This filter has been updated to a 'flex filter'; now you can create a filter for example on 'next month'. 

POE field available in exports for Candidates 

The 'Point of entry' field can now be used in exports of Candidates and Procedures. 

Update of last contact date filter

The 'Last contact date' filter is now a flex filter, including an 'exclude' checkbox, to look for candidates that have not been contacted in a certain period. 

Contact date is updated when the candidate logs into the website, when an email is sent to the candidate (mails via mailings lists do not count), when an email is received from the candidate or when a note, document, or appointment is created in the candidate file.

Appointment planner button for Contact person

The appointment planner was already available to work with Candidates & Contact persons for the scope of Candidates & Procedures. In the Contactperson detail we have now also added a button to open the Appointment planner and schedule an appointment with that contact person. 

General

Cancel queued export

When trying to export a large amount of data we queue the export. We have added an option to cancel such a queued export, for example when you realise you want to change the selection. 

Categorized fields in Export profiles

When configuring an export profile, for example for procedures, you can choose from a long list of fields. We added categories to this select list to make it easier to navigate. 

'Add / edit link' button in fields that use CKeditor

In a lot of text fields in OTYS GO! you find the 'CKeditor', buttons to help you style your text. In some we already had the button to add/edit a clickable link, for example in job description fields in Vacancies. We have added this button now to all main text fields in Candidates, CRM and Contact persons.

Favicon for OTYS GO!

To create cohesion between our different sites (otys.com, MyOTYS, and OTYS Go!) we want to make sure all sites use the same favicon. We changed the favicon of OTYS Go! to the same one we use for otys.com and MyOTYS.

Size limit for pasted & uploaded CKeditor images

In some of the WYSIWYG-editors in OTYS it is possible to add images which will be stored in the editor (so it is possible to combine text with images). When large pictures were uploaded, this could result in issues or long loading times of website pages for visitors. We have therefore limited the size of images that can be added to these WYSIWYG-editors to 500kB. If you have an image larger than 500kB, there are various applications or online tools to reduce the size of an image which in most cases also keep the required level of quality (for example imagecompressor.com).

Reminders

Give permission to all users automatically

In setting 'Reminder permissions' (GE301) you can manage the acces colleagues have to your Reminders. We added a client setting to automatically give permission for reminders between all colleagues. The permissions are checked and updated every night; so if you create a new user, they will have permission to the reminders of colleagues - and vise versa - the next day. This new client setting is available for key users:  'Reminders - Enable CRON to give rights to all users' (SE3568)

Sales Module

Field 'heard of us' available for exports

The field 'heard of us' is now available to use in export profiles. Client setting 'Sales - Export profiles for sales trajectories' (GE145)

Workflow Module

Whatsapp via workflow

In the workflow module you can now use a new 'action': 'SendWhatsapp'. At conditions you can combine it with a procedure status change or candidate status change. When triggered, this new action will show a field to fill the text for your whatsapp message. When you click 'continue' it will open WebWhatsapp, with the message ready to be send.
