With the Placement Module of OTYS Go! you always have all the important data of your assignments within reach. From start and end dates to the agreed rates, everything is easy to record and manage. The user-friendly widgets on the dashboard ensure that you always have a complete overview: from the expiration of placements to the start of new assignments.

What are the benefits?

  • Why would you still work with external tools when everything can be done within your ATS? Thanks to a cleverly set workflow, all the necessary data is brought together directly from the candidate, CRM and vacancy. No hassle with manually retyping, everything is centralized and clear.
  • An OTYS Consultant configures two customized templates, for example an agreement for the client and contractor, where all relevant information from the placement is automatically integrated into your document. Thus, you are always assured of error-free documents without additional actions.
  • With the use of additional fields, you can also be sure that you have noted all the necessary information from a placement. Efficient, accurate and completely within your trusted OTYS Go! system!

How do we handle this?

  • Step 1: In preparation for the first session, an OTYS Consultant will activate and set up the placement module according to our Best Practice.
  • Step 2: We schedule a joint call to discuss your current process to further customize the placement module. We will also go over which documents can be set up for you.
  • Step 3: The OTYS consultant customizes the setup as desired and sets up the documents.
  • Step 4: In the second session we’ll meet again to go through the desired change and go through the entire workflow together once more. This way we will apply the finishing touches.
  • Step 5: Finally, the Consultant will work out the session and send a summary and relevant documentation. That way you can always review it at your leisure.

PS. A Staffing license is required to activate the Placement Module. Should it become apparent after applications that the required license has not yet been purchased, a Customer Success Manager will be contacted to discuss this further.
