How do we approach this?

  • We integrate your Outlook calendar with the OTYS calendar via CalDAV.

  • An appointment confirmation template will be set up, which can be used in the appointment scheduler.

  • We map the Outlook calendar categories with OTYS, ensuring appointments are recorded correctly.

  • A workflow will be configured so that the appointment scheduler is automatically triggered when a relevant procedure status is updated.

  • Reports can be set up based on the configured categories, giving you direct insight into how many appointments have been scheduled by each consultant.
