What you can expect:

  • Your current procedure statuses from column 2 and 3 are merged into column 1.

  • Workflows, dashboards, reports, and filters are adjusted to match the new setup.

  • All history of procedure statuses is retained.

  • The Kanban Board is activated on your dashboard and in the detail view of candidates and vacancies.

  • Visual, intuitive, and user-friendly working within your existing environment!

How do we approach this?

We ensure a smooth and careful transition to the new setup. Here’s how we handle it step by step:

  1. Before the change, we thoroughly review your current setup. Any points of attention or risks will be discussed with you in advance.

  2. On the day of implementation (from 3:30 PM onwards), we temporarily lock your OTYS Go! environment to safely carry out the changes.

  3. After the change, an OTYS consultant will review your environment to verify everything is working correctly.

  4. We create a temporary backup that can be restored in case of emergencies.

  5. Only after your approval will this backup be permanently deleted.

This way, you can start worry-free with a stronger, streamlined OTYS Go! environment and benefit from the convenience of the new Kanban Board.
