Perhaps you were looking for the 'Key User' training

Has your organization been working with OTYS for some time? Then you, or a colleague, may have attended Key User training in the past. That training is no longer being given. We learned from feedback that this was too much information in too short a time and that most participants were only interested in a few parts of such an entire afternoon.

We now offer the following options:

1. The Super User role.
No training is required for this. As a Super User you can, among other things:

• Create tickets
• Create new users
• Change the password of colleagues
• Block users
• Modify match criteria
• Modify existing document templates
• Enable or disable existing worfklow automation
• Create global filters

In addition, a concise, clear screen has been created for these options instead of the full settings module that many found to be inconvenient. Other adjustments can be made through our Support team.

We noticed that the vast majority of Key Users mainly wanted to manage basic options for colleagues and make minor adjustments. For that, the Super User role is much easier than the traditional 'key user' role.

2. Optimization journey with a consultant
An optimization track is a mix of training and seeing results right away. Together with a consultant you tackle one or more topics, such as reports. You learn more about the possibilities within OTYS and work together on a new design.

3. Customized training for Administrators
Are you responsible within your organization for managing OTYS, for example from your role as IT Administrator or Support Specialist? Do you expect to make adjustments to the configuration with some regularity? Then we can provide a customized training. During an intake with a Consultant you discuss what your entry level is and what kind of adjustments you expect to make within OTYS. On this basis we make a proposal for a personal customized training.
