In order to keep their growth manageable and continue to deliver quality, Bring at Work is willing to invest in recruitment software. A General Periodic Inspection (APK in Dutch, but commonly known as MOT in English) of OTYS, who supplies this software to Bring at Work, showed that this software could be utilized even better and that the purchase of some new applications could greatly benefit the organization.
"We go for quality, involvement and flexibility. OTYS' applications help with this because they optimize our work, improve our accessibility and generate new leads."
Kyla Lowe, Manager Projects & Quality
OTYS' recruitment software plays an important role in Bring at Work's development. "With the increase in the number of clients and candidates, the need for overview also increased. Bring at Work was consequently looking for recruitment software that would allow them to keep the workflow orderly, so that the work processes could continue to run smoothly and consultants could take over each other's work. "We have been working with OTYS software since 2017. Our experience is that it links vacancies, advertisements, candidates, clients and activities in an insightful way, resulting in a clear and efficient workflow in the process of recruitment, selection and placement," says Kyla Lowe, Manager Projects & Quality at Bring at Work.
Together with her colleagues, Kyla is now working on an improvement project with the aim of getting more out of the capabilities of the OTYS software, so that it can support the work of the recruitment consultants even better. Kyla: "We go for quality, involvement and flexibility. OTYS' applications help with this because they optimize our work, improve our accessibility and generate new leads."
Bring at Work had long felt that they could get more out of OTYS' capabilities. After sharing this with OTYS, they offered an APK. During such an APK, the OTYS consultant, together with the client, compares the way they currently use OTYS with the possibilities of the system and the specific client requirements.
Kyla and her colleagues were happy to take advantage of this offer. The APK showed that candidate profiles, match criteria and workflows, in particular, could be better configured and utilized. "We were linking procedural information, such as a candidate's status in the recruitment and selection process, to the candidate profile after which the procedure itself would be left behind.
In OTYS, procedural information can be better processed independently of candidate profiles, so you can get insight into the workflow across all candidates," Kyla explained.

The APK advisory report from OTYS also revealed that Bring at Work can work even more efficiently, become more accessible and generate more revenue with some targeted investments in partner applications from OTYS. These include the applications Stiply, Joboti, Jobdigger and Recruit Robin.
With Stiply, documents can be signed digitally, so that offers and contracts no longer need to be printed first to sign them. Joboti integrates WhatsApp with OTYS and Bring at Work's chatbot. The result of that integration is that more candidates and clients can be simultaneously contacted via WhatsApp. As a result, Bring at Work is not only reachable by telephone 24/7, but now also through WhatsApp. Additionally, all WhatsApp conversations are recorded in OTYS.
Recruit Robin automatically scans job boards for candidates to fill vacancies, so Bring at Work's recruitment consultants don't have to browse those job sites themselves. Jobdigger does the exact opposite: it searches industry-specific job openings on job boards for candidates looking for work. "Jobdigger provides entry points to potential clients by 'blindly' offering our candidates there. That results to new leads and additional sales," said Kyla.
"OTYS starting point is not the limitations of their software, but the potential of it, and the way it can be used to meet our specific needs. My advice to anyone who purchases an APK or product from OTYS: don't shy away from the possible technical implications of your question, at OTYS everything is open for discussion and many things are possible."
Kyla Lowe about sparring with OTYS Recruiting Technology
Bring at Work is now making better use of OTYS' recruitment software, investing in four additional applications that communicate and integrate seamlessly with OTYS. According to Kyla, OTYS hereby delivers added value on three fronts:
In addition to the OTYS products, Bring at Work's project and quality manager also praises the cooperation with Corijn Borst, consultant at OTYS. "Corijn thinks proactively with us on the basis of our work process and the questions we have from there concerning the possibilities of the software. Although I build on my OTYS experience from my previous position as a recruitment consultant and the experience my colleagues have with it, I am not exactly a tech-savvy person. Still, during the APK sessions I was able to ask Corijn about anything and I always received a constructive answer.
Kyla continues, "OTYS starting point is not the limitations of their software, but the potential of it, and the way it can be used to meet our specific needs. My advice to anyone who purchases an APK or product from OTYS: don't shy away from the possible technical implications of your question, at OTYS everything is open for discussion and many things are possible."
