The five tools you absolutely need in your recruitment process!

There are probably few people who would like to do extra work without it being necessary. We can safely say: there are none. We are very lucky, because almost everything can be automated nowadays. It also goes for the recruitment process! In fact, there are dozens of tools available for every part of your process. You can, for example, already automate your intake, search for candidates and contact the relevant professionals. You can also leave the tools in charge of the application or the transfer. In this article we will introduce the five most useful tools for every moment in your sourcing process!

1. The Intake

Recruitment Accelerator
This tool helps you create the perfect job description. By mapping out your wishes, Recruitment Accelerator can ensure that you have up to three times more applicants when your search ends. How do they do this? By using a remote online vacancy intake. This collects all important information about your current team and the vacancy, so that all points are included in the process. You will then receive the feasibility analysis, so that you will not be left with goals that cannot be achieved. You will then receive media advice and the strongest vacancy text will be in your mailbox within three days. Conclusion: you don't have to do anything at all, except posting the vacancy!

Millions of online data points are analyzed to give you the most accurate advice about the personality of your contact. The tool gives you communication advice, based on the personality of your candidate, for every e-mail, phone call or meeting. This way it will look like you have known each other for years and you will know exactly what to say to secure your new candidate!

4. Before the interview or transfer

This tool is made for the people (including myself) who schedule triple appointments at all times or who occasionally lose the overview. Calendly schedules for a moment to meet your potential professional. For this you only have to pass on your preferences and share your agenda, before the tool offers a complete overview of the open spaces in your agenda. The candidate chooses a time and the appointment is automatically added to your calendar. Calendly works with Google, Outlook, Office 365 and iCloud so it can be used almost anywhere. The tool also takes into account different time zones (meaning: no more conversion hassle).

5. Other tools

We cheated a bit here because we simply couldn't choose. Below we have listed two tools that can greatly facilitate your recruitment process.

Grammarly has been introduced for the non-linguists among us. This automatically checks your texts for spelling and grammar mistakes and improves them immediately. In addition, the Tone Detector ensures that the 'tone of voice' of your message is on point before you actually send the message.

Zapier automatically links all the apps you use, so you can focus on the important work. This way, the tool takes a lot of work off your hands and you automate all your workflows! This also allows you to improve and speed up your processes. Zapier works with over 2,000 apps and new ones are added every week to make all your processes easier.
